Provided is a heterogeneous catalyst used for the production of biodiesel, as a catalyst capable of being used in conventional production methods for Fatty Acid Methyl Esters (FAME). The heterogeneous catalyst has zeolite particles having a particle size of 0.25-0.50 mm, and the zeolite particles exchange ions, with 5MNaOCH3. During the ion exchange, the zeolite:NaOCH3 ratio is 1:2; the zeolite and NaOCH3 mixture is agitated for 1 hour at 50°-60°C; this agitation is repeated at least 3 times; and the zeolite particles are dried for 2 hours at 110°-150°C.

L'invention concerne un catalyseur hétérogène destiné à la production de biodiesel, en tant que catalyseur utilisable dans des procédés classiques de production d'esters méthyliques d'acides gras (EMAG) Le catalyseur hétérogène comprend des particules de zéolite présentant une taille de particule de 0,25 à 0,50 mm, et les particules du zéolite échangent des ions avec 5MNaOCH3. Pendant l'échange d'ions, le rapport zéolite/NaOCH3 est de 1:2; le mélange de zéolite et de NaOCH3 est agité pendant 1 heure à 50° à 60°C; cette agitation est répétée au moins 3 fois; et les particules de zéolite sont séchées pendant 2 heures à 110° à 150°C

従来からあるFAMEの生産方法に用いることができる触媒として、バイオディーゼルの生産のために用いられる不均一系触媒であって、粒子サイズが0.25~0.50mmのゼオライト粒子を有し、当該ゼオライト粒子は5MNaOCH3とイオン交換され、当該イオン交換においては、ゼオライト:NaOCH3の比率が1:2であり、当該ゼオライトとNaOCH3の混合物は50~60℃で1時間攪拌され、これが少なくとも3回繰り返され、そして当該ゼオライト粒子は110~150℃で2時間乾燥される、不均一系触媒を提供する。
