A traffic control device and traffic control system having a route calculating unit for detecting candidate routes to a destination and determining a guide route from the detected candidate routes, an infrastructure communication unit for obtaining information of a signal cycle that is a cycle in which traffic light displays at traffic light locations on the routes calculated by the route calculating unit switch, and a fuel consumption simulation unit for performing a fuel consumption simulation that takes into account consumption improvement support executed when passing through the traffic light locations among the candidate routes on the basis of the information of the signal cycle obtained by the infrastructure communication unit. The route calculating unit determines the guide route on the basis of the fuel consumption simulation calculated with respect to the candidate routes by the fuel consumption simulation unit.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un système de commande de la circulation, qui contiennent une unité de calcul de trajet destinée à détecter des trajets candidats vers une destination et à déterminer un trajet guide, parmi les trajets candidats détectés, une unité de communication d'infrastructure destinée à obtenir des informations d'un cycle de signaux, cycle dans lequel un feu de circulation s'affiche dans les emplacements de feux de circulation sur les trajets calculés par le commutateur d'unité de calcul de trajet, ainsi qu'une unité de simulation de la consommation de carburant afin de réaliser une simulation de consommation de carburant qui tient compte d'un support d'amélioration de la consommation exécuté lors d'un passage par les emplacements du feu de circulation parmi les trajets candidats, sur la base des informations du cycle de signaux obtenues par l'unité de communication d'infrastructure. L'unité de calcul de trajet détermine le trajet guide sur la base de la simulation de consommation de carburant calculée par rapport aux trajets candidats par l'unité de simulation de la consommation de carburant.

 交通制御装置及び交通制御システムであって、目的地までの経路の候補を検出し、検出した経路の候補から案内経路を決定する経路算出部と、経路算出部が算出した経路上の信号機地点の信号機の表示が切り換るサイクルである信号サイクルの情報を取得するインフラ通信部と、インフラ通信部が取得した信号サイクルの情報に基づいて、経路の候補に対して、信号機地点の通過時に実行する燃費向上支援を加味した燃料消費シミュレーションを実行する燃料消費シミュレーション部と、を有し、経路算出部は、燃料消費シミュレーション部が経路の候補に対応して算出した燃料消費シミュレーションに基づいて、案内経路を決定する。
