Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft lagerstabile Prepregs (preimpregnated fibers; vorimprägnierte Fasern) auf Basis niedrigviskoser Polyurethansysteme mit sehr hoher Kennzahl und daraus hergestellte flächige Faserverbundbauteile (Formkörper; Composite-Bauteile), die durch Imprägnierverfahren von faserverstärkten Materialien wie Geweben und Gelegen erhältlich sind, sowie ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung.

The invention relates to storage-stable prepregs (preimpregnated fibers) based on low-viscosity polyurethane systems having a very high characteristic number and flat fibre composite components (moulded bodies; composite components) produced therefrom, which are obtained due to an impregnation method of fibre reinforced materials such as woven fabrics and fleece, and to a method for the production thereof.

L'invention concerne des préimprégnés stables au stockage (fibres préimprégnées) à base de systèmes polyuréthane de basse viscosité, à indice très élevé, ainsi que des éléments composites renforcés par fibres plats produits à partir desdits préimprégnés (corps moulés, éléments composites), lesdits préimprégnés étant obtenus par un procédé d'imprégnation de matériaux renforcés par fibres comme des tissus et des structures non-tissées. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour les produire.
