A food purification system comprises a cleaning sink, a water pump, an electrolyzed water generator, an ultrasonic system, a water catalyst, and a photocatalyst. The electrolyzed water generator, the cleaning sink, and the water pump are each provided with a water inlet and a water outlet. The electrolyzed water generator, the cleaning sink, and the water pump are connected through pipes to form a closed circulation loop. The ultrasonic system, the water catalyst, and the photocatalyst are disposed in the cleaning sink. The water catalyst is titanium dioxide and stainless steel, and the photocatalyst is nanometer titanium dioxide; the water catalyst and the photocatalyst are uniformly sprayed on a surface of the cleaning sink. A fluorescent light source is provided. The electrolyzed water generator is formed by an electrolytic tank and a nanometer strontium titanate electrode. The ultrasonic system is formed by an oscillating circuit, an amplifier, and an ultrasonic energy converter. The cleaning sink is made of polyvinyl chloride nanometer plastics, and a panel is made of ABS plastics. The system has a good purification effect and is environmental-friendly.

On décrit un système de purification d'aliments qui comprend un bac de nettoyage, une pompe à eau, un générateur d'eau électrolysée, un système à ultrasons, un catalyseur d'eau et un photocatalyseur. Le générateur d'eau électrolysée, le bac de nettoyage et la pompe à eau sont munis chacun d'un orifice d'entrée d'eau et d'un orifice d'évacuation d'eau. Le générateur d'eau électrolysée, le bac de nettoyage et la pompe à eau sont raccordés par des tuyaux de manière à former une boucle de circulation fermée. Le système à ultrasons, le catalyseur d'eau et le photocatalyseur sont disposés dans le bac de nettoyage. Le catalyseur d'eau est en dioxyde de titane et acier inoxydable, et le photocatalyseur est en dioxyde de titane nanométrique. Le catalyseur d'eau et le photocatalyseur sont pulvérisés de manière uniforme sur une surface du bac de nettoyage. Une source de lumière fluorescente est mise en place. Le générateur d'eau électrolysée est constitué d'une cuve électrolytique et d'une électrode de titanate de strontium d'échelle nanométrique. Le système à ultrasons est constitué d'un circuit oscillant, d'un amplificateur et d'un convertisseur d'énergie ultrasonore. Le bac de nettoyage est constitué de matière plastique nanométrique en poly(chlorure de vinyle); et un panneau est constitué de matière plastique ABS. Le système présente un bon effet de purification et est respectueux de l'environnement.
