The present invention is provided with: at least two anterior vibration-suppressing-force generation sources (Af1, Af2) that are interposed between the vehicle body (B) and anterior bogie (Tf) of a railway vehicle; and at least two posterior vibration-suppressing-force generation sources (Ar1, Ar2) that are interposed between the vehicle body (B) and posterior bogie (Tr) of the railway vehicle. A controller (45) calculates a force (FSH) that is for suppressing high-frequency sway vibration and that suppress vibrations at frequencies that are at least the frequency of centrifugal acceleration acting on the vehicle body (B) when the railway vehicle is traveling across a curvilinear segment. When the railway vehicle is traveling across a curvilinear segment, the controller causes at least one (Af1) of the anterior vibration-suppressing-force generation sources and at least one (Ar1) of the posterior vibration-suppressing-force generation sources to output the resultant force of a yaw suppression force (Fω) and the force (FSH) for suppressing high-frequency sway vibration. Also, all (Af2) of the remaining anterior vibration-suppressing-force generation sources and all (Ar2) of the remaining posterior vibration-suppressing-force generation sources are caused to function as passive dampers. As a result, the quality of the ride in the vehicle across the curvilinear segment is improved.

La présente invention est pourvue de : au moins deux sources de génération de force de suppression de vibration postérieures (Af1, Af2) qui sont interposées entre la carrosserie du véhicule (B) et un bogie antérieur (Tf) d'un véhicule ferroviaire ; et au moins deux sources de génération de suppression de vibration postérieures (Ar1, Ar2) qui sont interposées entre la carrosserie du véhicule (B) et un bogie postérieur (Tr) du véhicule ferroviaire. Un contrôleur (45) calcule une force (FSH) qui est destinée à supprimer les vibrations d'oscillation haute fréquence et qui supprime les vibrations à des fréquences qui sont au moins la fréquence de l'accélération centrifuge agissant sur la carrosserie du véhicule (B) lorsque le véhicule ferroviaire se déplace sur un segment curviligne.
