Provided is a camera unit (11) that can be interchangeably mounted to a component mounting device, and to which a camera (12), a lens (13), and an illumination light source (14) are affixed in a predetermined positional relationship. The camera unit (11) is provided with a non-volatile memory (20) in which are stored image correction parameters used for image distortion correction, shading correction, contrast correction, and pixel defect correction. An image processing device (21) in the component mounting device is provided with an FPGA (25) for image correction. The FPGA (25) of the image processing device (21) reads image correction parameters from the non-volatile memory (20) of the camera unit (11) and uses the image correction parameters to correct an image signal that is transferred from the camera unit (11).

La présente invention se rapporte à un module appareil photo (11) qui peut être monté de façon interchangeable sur un dispositif de montage de composant, et sur lequel un appareil de photo (12), un objectif (13) et une source de lumière d'éclairage (14) sont fixés selon une relation de position prédéterminée. Le module appareil photo (11) comprend un dispositif de mémoire non volatile (20) dans lequel sont stockés des paramètres de correction d'image qui sont utilisés en vue d'exécuter des opérations de correction de déformation d'image, de correction d'ombrage, de correction de contraste et de correction de défaut de pixels. Un dispositif de traitement d'image (21) installé dans le dispositif de montage de composant comprend un FPGA (25) qui est utilisé en vue d'exécuter une opération de correction d'image. Le FPGA (25) du dispositif de traitement d'image (21) lit les paramètres de correction d'image qui sont stockés dans la mémoire non volatile (20) du module appareil photo (11) et il utilise les paramètres de correction d'image afin de corriger un signal d'image qui est transféré à partir du module appareil photo (11).

 部品実装機に交換可能に取り付けられるカメラユニット11には、カメラ12とレンズ13と照明光源14とが所定の位置関係で固定されている。カメラユニット11には、画像歪み補正、シェーディング補正、コントラスト補正及び画素欠陥補正に用いる画像補正パラメータが記憶された不揮発性メモリ20が設けられ、部品実装機の画像処理装置21には、画像補正用のFPGA25が設けられている。画像処理装置21のFPGA25は、カメラユニット11の不揮発性メモリ20から画像補正パラメータを読み込み、カメラユニット11から転送されてくる画像信号を該画像補正パラメータを用いて補正する。
