Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kolbens (10) mit einem Kühlkanal (32). Hierbei wird in eine Nut (12), die zumindest in Teilen die Form des auszubildenden Kühlkanals (32) definiert, eine Negativform (18) für den Kühlkanal (32) eingesetzt. Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung einen Kolben (10), der in einem solchen Verfahren herstellbar ist, und eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a piston (10) having a cooling channel (32). In said method, a negative mold (18) for the cooling channel (32) is inserted into a groove (12) that defines, at least in parts, the shape of the cooling channel (32) to be formed. The present invention further relates to a piston (10) that can be produced in such a method and a device for performing said method.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un piston (10) comprenant un canal de refroidissement (32). Selon l'invention, un moule négatif (18) pour le canal de refroidissement (32) est introduit dans une rainure (12), qui définit au moins en partie le moule du canal de refroidissement (32) à former. La présente invention concerne par ailleurs un piston (10), qui peut être fabriqué selon un tel procédé, et un dispositif permettant la mise en œuvre dudit procédé.
