Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Abbau von Polyurethanen bei dem das Ausgangsmaterial grob zerkleinert, danach aufgeschlämmt und mit einem Enzym versetzt wird, die Hydrolyse des Polyurethans in seine Ausgangspolyole in einem polaren Lösungsmittel oder Lösungsmittelgemisch unter Spaltung der Carbamatbindung mittels einer Hydrolase der Klasse EC 3 durchgeführt wird, wobei das polare Lösungsmittel teilweise ausgeschleust und in einem separaten Prozess regeneriert und/oder ein Reaktionsprodukt abgetrennt wird.

The invention relates to a process for degrading polyurethanes in which the starting material is coarsely comminuted, then slurried and admixed with an enzyme, the hydrolysis of the polyurethane into its starting polyols is carried out in a polar solvent or solvent mixture with cleavage of the carbamate bond by means of a class EC 3 hydrolase, where the polar solvent is partially removed from the system and regenerated in a separate process and/or a reaction product is separated off.

L'invention concerne un procédé de dégradation de polyuréthanes selon lequel le matériau de départ est broyé grossièrement, mis en suspension puis mélangé à une enzyme, l'hydrolyse du polyuréthane en ses polyols de départ étant effectuée dans un solvant ou un mélange de solvants polaire avec rupture de la liaison carbamate par hydrolase de classe EC 3, le solvant polaire étant isolé partiellement et régénéré dans un processus séparé et/ou un produit de réaction étant séparé.
