Provided is an optical sensor and an electronic device for suppressing a decline in light-dispersion characteristics. The optical sensor includes a light-receiving element, an optical filter (140) through which light of a specified wavelength among incident light passes onto the light-receiving region of the light-receiving element, and an angle-limiting filter (120) for limiting the incidence angle of incident light passing through the optical filter (140). Taking θA to be the limit angle of the angle-limiting filter (120) and the RTP as the height from the top surface of the angle-limiting filter (120) to the top surface of the optical filter, then if the distance from the edge of the optical filter (140) in plan view in relation to the top surface of the angle-limiting filter (120) to the edge of an opening of the angle-limiting filter (120) is defined as an overlap distance (OV), then tan-1(OV/RTP)>θA is fulfilled.

La présente invention porte sur un capteur optique et un dispositif électronique pour supprimer un déclin de caractéristiques de dispersion de lumière.
