Provided are: a steel sheet for hot pressing, said steel sheet being capable of yielding, without fail, a hot-pressed member which exhibits excellent adhesion of a coating, excellent resistance to perforation corrosion, and excellent resistance to lap-joint corrosion; a manufacturing process therefor; and a process for producing a hot-pressed member, using the same. A steel sheet for hot pressing, characterized by bearing a Zn-based plating layer having a deposit weight of 10 to 90g/m2 on a steel sheet such that the mean ferrite grain diameter at the surface of the steel sheet is 20μm or less.

L'invention concerne : une tôle d'acier destinée à l'emboutissage à chaud, ladite tôle d'acier pouvant donner, sans échec, un élément embouti à chaud qui montre une excellente adhérence d'un revêtement, une excellente résistance à la corrosion perforante et une excellente résistance à la corrosion des joints à recouvrement; son procédé de fabrication; et un procédé de production d'un élément embouti à chaud l'utilisant. Une tôle d'acier destinée à l'emboutissage à chaud, caractérisée en ce qu'elle porte une couche de placage à base de Zn présentant un poids de dépôt de 10 à 90 g/m2 sur la tôle d'acier de sorte que le diamètre moyen des grains de ferrite à la surface de la tôle d'acier vaut 20 μm ou moins, est décrite.

 塗料密着性、穴あき耐食性、合わせ目耐食性に優れた熱間プレス部材が確実に得られる熱間プレス用鋼板、その製造方法、およびそれを用いた熱間プレス部材の製造方法を提供する。 鋼板表面の平均フェライト粒径が20μm以下である鋼板上に、付着量が10~90g/m2のZn系めっき層を有することを特徴とする熱間プレス用鋼板。
