Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbundglas Scheibe aus einer Grundscheibe (15), einer ersten Laminierfolie (16), einer beschichteten Polymerfolie (1) mit Beschichtung (1.2), einer zweiten Laminierfolie (17), und einer Deckscheibe (18) mit mindestens einem Sensorfenster (19) umfassend die Schritte a) bis d), wobei a) die beschichtete Polymerfolie (1) mit Beschichtung (1.2) nach oben zeigend über einen Vakuumtisch (3) gespannt wird, b) auf der beschichteten Polymerfolie (1) mittels Lasern mindestens ein entschichteter Bereich (1.3) erzeugt wird, c) auf die Grundscheibe (15) die erste Laminierfolie (16), auf die erste Laminierfolie (16) die beschichtete Polymerfolie (1), auf die beschichtete Polymerfolie (1) die zweite Laminierfolie (17) und auf die zweite Laminierfolie (17) die Deckscheibe (18) angeordnet wird und d) die Anordnung autoklaviert wird, wobei der entschichtete Bereich (1.3) über Glasplatten (2.1, 2.2) erzeugt wird mit denen der Vakuumtisch (3) ausgestattet ist.
