Zwei-Komponenten-Polyurethan- Zusammensetzung mit einer Viskosität von 20 mPas bis 3000 mPas (EN ISO 2555, 25 °C) enthaltend i) 10 bis 80 Gew.-% mindestens eines Polyols mit einem zahlenmittleren Molekulargewicht von 200 g/mol bis 3000 g/ mol, ii) 5 bis 70 Gew.-% mindestens eines Polyisocyanats, iii) 0 bis 10 Gew.-% eines Katalysators, wobei die Zusammensetzung ein NCO:OH-Verhältnis von 2:1 bis 1:2 aufweist und als Polyisocyanate Polyisocyanate eingesetzt werden, wobei 3 bis 25 Mol% der NCO- Gruppen des Isocyanants zu Carbodiimiden und/oder Uretonimin umgesetzt sind. Die Zwei-Komponenten-Polyurethan- Zusammensetzungen werden als Matrixbindemittel für Faserverbundformkörper verwendet.

The invention relates to a two-component polyurethane composition with a viscosity of 20 mPas to 3000 mPas (EN ISO 2555, 25 °C), containing i) 10 to 80 wt.% of at least one polyol with an average molecular weight of 200 g/mol to 3000 g/mol, ii) 5 to 70 wt.% of at least one polyisocyanate, and iii) 0 to 10 wt.% of a catalyst. The composition has an NCO:OH ratio of 2:1 to 1:2, and polyisocyanates are used as the polyisocyanates, wherein 3 to 25 mol% of the NCO groups of the isocyanate is converted into carbodiimides and/or uretonimine. The two-component polyurethane compositions are used as matrix binders for fiber composite molded bodies.

L'invention concerne une composition de polyuréthane bicomposante ayant une viscosité de 20 m Pa.s à 3000 m Pa.s (EN ISO 2555, 25 °C), contenant i) 10 à 80 % en poids d'au moins un polyol ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids de 200 g/mole à 3000 g/ mole, ii) 5 à 70 % en poids d'au moins un polyisocyanate, iii) 0 à 10 % en poids d'un catalyseur, la composition présentant un rapport NCO:OH de 2:1 à 1:2 et étant utilisée comme polyisocyanates, 3 à 25 % en mole des groupes NCO de l'isocyanate étant mis en réaction pour obtenir carbodiimide et/ou urétonimine. Les compositions de polyuréthane bicomposantes sont utilisées comme liant de matrice pour des corps composites renforcés par des fibres.
