(EN)Systems and methods for reel laying of subsea pipe for mitigating buckling and axial displacement of a pipe (20) in use for conveying produced hydrocarbon fluids. The systems and methods include adjusting the settings of the pipe straightener (50) and/or the pipe aligner (40) during the reel laying process to provide non-straightened sections of pipe (20) at predetermined locations along the length of the pipe (20) having increased residual curvature. The non- straightened sections allow for thermal expansion of the pipe (20) during use.
(FR)La présente invention se rapporte à des systèmes et à des procédés de pose en touret d'un tuyau sous-marin pour atténuer la déformation et le déplacement axial d'un tuyau (20) lors de son utilisation et destiné à transporter des hydrocarbures fluides produits. Les systèmes et les procédés consistent à ajuster les paramètres du redresseur de tuyau (50) et/ou de l'aligneur de tuyau (40) pendant le processus de pose en touret afin de donner des sections de tuyau non redressées (20) à des emplacements prédéterminés sur toute la longueur du tuyau (20) ayant une courbure résiduelle accrue. Les sections non redressées permettent une dilatation thermique du tuyau (20) pendant l'utilisation.
