Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a device for supporting and separating press material, wherein: a rotary bar is provided on the upper part of a support bar which moves forward and backwards by a moving means; and a permanent magnet having directivity (directivity by a magnetic shield) is provided inside the rotary bar so as to rotate in a direction that is closest to the press materials such that the stacked press materials can be vertically separated by maximum magnetism, thereby remarkably improving the separation efficiency of the press materials. The device comprises: a moving means (3); a support bar (2) vertically coupled on the moving means (3); a rotary bar (4) provided on the upper part of the support bar (2) by an axis bearing (37); a permanent magnet (43) vertically fixed inside of the rotary bar (4); a magnetic body (44) provided to contact the rear side of the permanent magnet (43); and an elastic support means (5) for supporting the rotary bar (4) such that the rotary bar is returned.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de support et de séparation d'une presse. Une barre rotative est prévue sur la partie supérieure d'une barre de support qui se déplace vers l'avant et vers l'arrière à l'aide d'un moyen de déplacement ; et un aimant permanent ayant une directivité (directivité par un blindage magnétique) est disposé à l'intérieur de la barre rotative de manière à tourner dans une direction qui est la plus proche des matériaux de presse de sorte que les matériaux de presse empilés peuvent être séparés verticalement par un magnétisme maximal, permettant ainsi d'améliorer de manière remarquable l'efficacité de séparation des matériaux de presse. Le dispositif comprend un moyen de déplacement (3) ; une barre de support (2) couplée verticalement au moyen de déplacement (3) ; une barre rotative (4) disposée sur la partie supérieure de la barre de support (2) au moyen d'un palier de l'axe ; (37) un aimant permanent (43) fixé verticalement à l'intérieur de la barre rotative (4) ; un corps magnétique (44) prévu pour entrer en contact avec la face arrière de l'aimant permanent (43) et d'un moyen de support élastique (5) pour supporter la barre rotative (4) de sorte que la barre rotative soit renvoyée.
(KO) 본 발명은 이동수단에 의해 전/후진하는 지지봉 상부에 회전봉을 설치하고, 상기 회전봉 내부에 프레스 소재와 가장 근접하는 방향으로 회전할 수 있게 지향성(磁氣 차폐에 의한 지향성)을 갖는 영구자석(永久磁石)을 설치하여 최고의 자력(磁力)으로 적재된 프레스 소재가 상하로 분리되게 함으로써 프레스 소재의 분리효율이 크게 향상되도록 한 프레스 소재 지지 및 분리장치에 관한 것으로, 이동수단(3)과, 상기 이동수단(3) 위에 수직으로 체결되는 지지봉(2)과, 상기 지지봉(2) 상부에 축베어링(37)으로 설치되는 회전봉(4)과, 상기 회전봉(4) 내부에 수직으로 고정되는 영구자석(43)과, 상기 영구자석(43) 이면에 접하여 설치되는 자성체(44)와, 상기 회전봉(4)이 복귀할 수 있게 지지하는 탄지수단(5)을 포함하여 구성된다.
