(EN) The present invention relates to: a method for regulating the differentiation of neural stem cells or neural progenitor cells into dopaminergic neurons, comprising the step of increasing or inhibiting the activity of ADAM17 and/or ADAM10 of neural stem cells or neural progenitor cells; and a use of the ADAM17 and/or ADAM10 as an activator or an inhibitor. The method and a composition of the present invention regulate the activity of ADAM17 and/or ADAM10 for neural stem cells or neural progenitor cells so as to allow the amount of dopaminergic neurons in a midbrain region to be increased, thereby treating diseases such as Parkinson's disease caused by the apoptosis of dopaminergic neurons, and inhibit the activity thereof, thereby improving the treatment effect on diseases such as tumors.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un procédé de régulation de la différenciation de cellules souches neurales ou de cellules progénitrices neurales en neurones dopaminergiques, comprenant l'étape d'augmentation ou d'inhibition de l'activité d'ADAM17 et/ou d'ADAM10 de cellules souches neurales ou de cellules précurseurs neurales ; et une utilisation de l'ADAM17 et/ou de l'ADAM10 comme activateur ou inhibiteur. Le procédé et une composition de la présente invention régulent l'activité d'ADAM17 et/ou d'ADAM10 relative aux cellules souches neurales ou aux cellules progénitrices neurales de manière à permettre une augmentation de la quantité de neurones dopaminergiques dans une région mésencéphalique, ce qui permet de traiter des maladies, telles que la maladie de Parkinson, provoquées par l'apoptose de neurones dopaminergiques, et à inhiber leur activité, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'effet du traitement dans des maladies telles que les tumeurs.
