(EN)The present invention relates to a static field energy extraction apparatus capable of: effectively extracting energy included in a static field by allowing an electric field and an induced electric field, and a magnetic field and an induced magnetic field, to be unbalanced; and, since the magnitude of the extracted energy is changed when the energy is extracted by synthesizing an electric field outside a current-carrying wire and an electrostatic field externally applied to the current or an electrostatic field resulting from a Hall voltage, more significantly and more precisely increasing or decreasing or switching a current and a voltage than when a conventional semiconductor transistor is used.
