(EN)The present invention relates to a biosynthetic gene cluster for a chejuenolide of the marine microorganism Hahella chejuensis, and to the function of an enzyme involving the biosynthetic pathway of a chejuenolide coded by the genes. Since the present invention can be applied to the development of a novel material as a mechanism for biosynthesis by combining of biosynthetic genes for chejuenolide, the present invention can suggest a new direction in the study of polyketide antibiotics, and is thus very useful.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un groupe de gènes biosynthétiques d'un chejuenolide du micro-organisme marin Hahella chejuensis, et la fonction d'une enzyme impliquant la voie biosynthétique d'un chejuenolide codé par les gènes. Étant donné que la présente invention peut être appliquée au développement d'un nouveau matériau sous forme d'un mécanisme de biosynthèse par la combinaison de gènes biosynthétiques pour chejuenolide, la présente invention peut proposer une nouvelle direction dans l'étude des antibiotiques de polycétide, et est ainsi très utile.
(KO)본 발명은 해양 미생물 하헬라 제주엔시스의 제주엔올라이드 생합성 유전자 클러스터 및 이 유전자에 의해 코딩되는 제주엔올라이드의 생합성 경로에 관여하는 효소의 기능에 관한 것이다. 상기 본 발명은 제주엔올라이드 생합성 유전자(들)를 조합생합성을 위한 기구로서 신물질 개발에 응용될 수 있어, 폴리케타이드 계열의 항생물질의 연구에 새로운 방향을 제시할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.
