The present invention relates to a waste pyrolysis system which indirectly heats waste under oxygen-free conditions, separates the waste into gas, oil, char, and the like, and collects (recovers) the separated gas and oil. According to the present invention, the waste pyrolysis system which heats and pyrolyzes waste includes: an indirect heating pyrolysis device (A) where a pyrolysis furnace having a screw shaft provided with screw blades is installed inside a heating furnace provided with a heating means so as to pyrolyze waste through indirect heating under high temperature and vacuum conditions; a gas and oil collector (B) which collects gas and oil separated from the exhaust gas pyrolyzed by the pyrolysis device (A) using a water tank having multiple partitioned chambers in which a coolant (water) is stored; an exhaust gas guiding device (C) which guides the exhaust gas pyrolyzed by the pyrolysis device (A) and exhausted into the gas and oil collector (B); and a waste drying device (D) which dries the waste using waste heat discharged by the pyrolysis device (A).
