Abstract
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing microparticles. Composite microparticles are precipitated by mixing at least two types of fluids to be treated in a thin-film fluid that is formed between approachable and separable opposing treatment surfaces that relatively rotate, wherein the fluids to be treated are a metal fluid comprising at least two types of metal elements that are dissolved in a solvent in the form of a metal and/or metal compound and a fluid for precipitation containing at least one type of precipitating substance for precipitating a composite substance comprising the at least two types of metal elements. The molar ratio between the at least two types of metal elements contained in the resulting microparticles is controlled by controlling the peripheral speed of the rotation at a confluence where the metal fluid and the fluid for precipitation merge at this time.
(FR) L'invention a pour objectif de fournir un procédé de fabrication de microparticules. Au moins deux sortes de corps fluides parmi un fluide métallique dans lequel un métal et/ou un composé métallique est dissous dans un solvant, et qui contient au moins deux sortes d'éléments métalliques, et un fluide pour dépôt contenant au moins une sorte de matière de dépôt afin de déposer une matière composite contenant au moins lesdites deux sortes d'éléments métalliques, sont mélangés dans un fluide à film mince se formant entre des faces de traitement qui sont placées face à face et dont au moins une effectue par rapport à l'autre une rotation relative permettant un rapprochement/éloignement, et des microparticules de matière composée sont ainsi déposées. Le fluide métallique et le fluide pour dépôt confluent alors, la vitesse périphérique de ladite rotation au niveau d'une partie de confluence est régulée, régulant ainsi le rapport molaire entre au moins lesdites deux sortes d'éléments métalliques contenus dans les microparticules obtenues.
(JA)  微粒子の製造方法を提供することを課題とする。 金属及び/または金属化合物を溶媒に溶解したものであって、少なくとも2種類の金属元素を含む金属流体と、上記少なくとも2種類の金属元素を含む複合物質を析出させるための析出物質を少なくとも1種類含む析出用流体との、少なくとも2種類の被処理流動体を、対向して配設された、接近・離反可能な、少なくとも一方が他方に対して相対的に回転を行う処理用面間にできる薄膜流体中で混合し、複合物質の微粒子を析出させる。その際に、金属流体と析出用流体とが合流する、合流部における前記回転の周速度を制御することで、得られる微粒子に含まれる、上記少なくとも2種類の金属元素間のモル比を制御する。
