Abstract:
(EN) A sliding contact member (1) that forms a part that includes a sliding surface of a conductive body, said conductive body being for the purpose of conducting electricity while making sliding contact with respect to a counterpart member (2), wherein heat-radiating parts (11) formed with an electroconductive diamond and electroconductive parts (12) formed with an electroconductive material having a lower specific resistance than the electroconductive diamond are intermingled and exposed on the sliding surface (S), and the heat-radiating parts (11) and the electroconductive parts (12) have a structure that is continuous in the thickness direction of the member. In addition, the heat-radiating parts (11) are inclined with respect to the normal line of the sliding surface (S), and at least a portion of the heat-radiating parts (11) have a structure that is continuous from the sliding surface (S) to the member-side surface, thereby achieving both heat-radiation capability and electroconductivity.
(FR) L'invention concerne un organe de contact glissant (1) qui forme une partie qui comprend une surface glissante d'un corps conducteur, ledit corps conducteur ayant comme objet de conduire l'électricité tout en faisant un contact glissant par rapport à un organe homologue (2), des parties rayonnant la chaleur (11) formées avec un diamant électroconducteur et des parties électroconductrices (12) formées avec un matériau électroconducteur ayant une résistance spécifique inférieure au diamant électroconducteur étant mélangées et exposées sur la surface glissante (S), et les parties rayonnant la chaleur (11) et les parties électroconductrices (12) ayant une structure qui est continue dans la direction de l'épaisseur de l'organe. De plus, les parties rayonnant la chaleur (11) sont inclinées par rapport à la ligne normale de la surface glissante (S), et au moins une partie des parties rayonnant la chaleur (11) ont une structure qui est continue de la surface glissante (S) à la surface du côté de l'organe, ce qui permet de réaliser à la fois la capacité de rayonnement de chaleur et l'électroconductivité.
(JA)  相手部材2に対して相対的に摺動接触しながら通電をするための導電体において、導電体の摺動面を含む部分を形成する摺動接点部材1であって、導電性ダイヤモンドから成る放熱部11と、導電性ダイヤモンドよりも比抵抗の小さい導電材料から成る導電部12とが摺動面Sに混在して露出し、且つ放熱部11及び導電部12が部材厚さ方向に連続している構造を有しており、放熱部11が、摺動面Sの法線に対して傾斜していると共に、少なくとも一部の放熱部11が、摺動面Sから部材側面に連続している構成としたことで、放熱性と導電性の両立を実現した。
