Title: INTERIOR MATERIAL FOR VEHICLE
Abstract:
Disclosed is an interior material for a vehicle conforming to the shape of a vehicle interior and applied using draw-forming. The interior material is a laminate having a surface layer (1), a middle layer (2), and a rear layer (3). The surface layer (1) has a low melting point fiber percentage from 1 to 15 mass%, a middle melting point fiber percentage from 15 to 55 mass%, and a high melting point fiber percentage from 40 to 80 mass%. The middle layer (2) has a low melting point fiber percentage from 10 to 50 mass%, a middle melting point fiber percentage from 40 to 75 mass%, and a high melting point fiber percentage from 5 to 40 mass%. The rear layer (3) has a low melting point fiber percentage from 1 to 15 mass%, a middle melting point fiber percentage from 15 to 55 mass%, and a high melting point fiber percentage from 40 to 80 mass%. The resin on the surface in at least some of the low melting point fibers melts and fuses in point-like fashion at the cross-linked points between fibers, and in at least some of the middle melting point fibers melts and fuses in plane-like fashion between other fibers. The result is an interior material for a vehicle which maintains design quality, has high rigidity, and has superior heat distortion resistance.
