Abstract:
(EN) This concentration measurement device is provided with: a probe (20) having a light incidence part where a measuring beam is incident into the head, and an optical detection unit which detects the measuring beam propagated inside of the head; and a CPU (14) which calculates the relative variation over time of the oxygenated hemoglobin concentration and the deoxygenated hemoglobin concentration, and calculates the correlation coefficient of the relative variation, and the polarity of the slope of the regression line. By this means, a concentration measurement device and concentration measurement method are achieved which, on the basis of phase shift of the oxygenated hemoglobin concentration and the deoxygenated hemoglobin concentration, are capable of evaluating the calculation accuracy and the possibility of reverse-direction blood transmission from the vena cava to the head.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de concentration pourvu : d'une sonde (20) présentant une partie d'incidence de la lumière où un faisceau de mesure est incident dans la tête, et une unité de détection optique qui détecte le faisceau de mesure propagé à l'intérieur de la tête ; et d'une unité centrale (14) qui calcule la variation relative pendant la durée de la concentration d'hémoglobine oxygénée et de la concentration d'hémoglobine désoxygénée, et calcule le coefficient de corrélation de la variation relative, et la polarité de l'inclinaison de la courbe de régression. De cette manière, un dispositif de mesure de concentration et un procédé de mesure de concentration sont obtenus, lesquels, en fonction du déphasage de la concentration d'hémoglobine oxygénée et de la concentration d'hémoglobine désoxygénée, peuvent évaluer la précision de calcul et la possibilité de transmission sanguine en sens inverse de la veine cave à la tête.
(JA)  濃度測定装置は、頭部に測定光を入射する光入射部と、頭部の内部を伝搬した測定光を検出する光検出部とを有するプローブ(20)と、酸素化ヘモグロビン濃度及び脱酸素化ヘモグロビン濃度の時間的な相対変化量を求め、これら相対変化量の相関係数および回帰直線の傾きの極性を求めるCPU(14)とを備える。これにより、酸素化ヘモグロビン濃度と脱酸素化ヘモグロビン濃度との位相ずれに基づく、演算の正確性や大静脈から頭部への逆方向送血の可能性を評価することが可能な濃度測定装置および濃度測定方法が実現される。
