Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To form a catalyst-supporting honeycomb structure using commercially available, inexpensive glass fiber paper as a base material. To provide a processing apparatus equipped with a catalyst-supporting honeycomb structure, as well as a method for manufacturing the same, in which there is no need for large-scale equipment such as a dipping tank or drying device as conventionally used for a catalyst-supporting honeycomb structure, and manufacturing cost is low, and whereby the catalyst-supporting honeycomb structure can easily be regenerated even when cells thereof become clogged with solids from processed gas in an exhaust gas cleaning process or the like, for example, and it is possible to prevent pressure loss from increasing and the surface area of contact with processed gas from decreasing. [Solution] In a processing apparatus (10) equipped with a catalyst-supporting honeycomb structure, a corrugated glass fiber paper (1) on which a functional catalyst is supported, and a plate-shaped glass fiber paper (2) on which the same functional catalyst is supported are layered so as to be alternately non-bonded to each other, thus forming a catalyst-supporting honeycomb structure (1), and the catalyst-supporting honeycomb structure (1) is packed into a casing (4).
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure en nid d'abeilles soutenant un catalyseur qui utilise un papier en fibres de verre peu coûteux et disponible dans le commerce en tant que matériau de base. L'invention concerne également un appareil de traitement équipé d'une structure en nid d'abeilles soutenant un catalyseur, ainsi que son procédé de fabrication, qui ne nécessite pas d'équipement à grande échelle tel qu'un bac de trempage ou un dispositif de séchage tel qu'utilisé traditionnellement pour une structure en nid d'abeilles soutenant un catalyseur, et dont les coûts de fabrication sont faibles, la structure en nid d'abeilles soutenant un catalyseur pouvant facilement être régénérée même lorsque ses cellules sont colmatées avec des solides du gaz traité dans un procédé d'épuration de gaz d'échappement ou analogue, par exemple, et une augmentation de la perte de pression pouvant être évitée, ainsi qu'une diminution de l'aire de surface de contact avec le gaz traité. Dans un appareil de traitement (10) équipé d'une structure en nid d'abeilles soutenant un catalyseur, un papier en fibres de verre ondulé (1) sur lequel un catalyseur fonctionnel est soutenu et un papier en fibres de verre en forme de plaque (2) sur lequel le même catalyseur fonctionnel est soutenu sont stratifiés de manière à être non reliés en alternance l'un à l'autre, afin de former une structure en nid d'abeilles soutenant un catalyseur (1), et la structure en nid d'abeilles soutenant un catalyseur (1) est disposée dans un boîtier (4).
(JA) 【課題】 市販の安価なガラスペーパーを基材として用いて触媒担持ハニカム構造体を形成する。従来の触媒担持ハニカム構造体の浸漬槽や乾燥装置等の大型の設備を必要とすることなく、製造コストが安くつくうえに、例えば排ガスの浄化処理等において被処理ガス中の固形分が触媒担持ハニカム構造体のセルに詰まっても、これを簡単に再生処理することができて、被処理ガスの接触面積の低下や、圧力損失の増大を防止することができる触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置、およびその製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置10は、機能性触媒を担持した波板状ガラスペーパー1と、同機能性触媒を担持した平板状ガラスペーパー2とが、交互に接着されることなく積層されて、触媒担持ハニカム構造体1が形成され、この触媒担持ハニカム構造体1がケーシング4内に充填されている。
