Abstract:

(DE)In mindestens einer Ausführungsform der organischen Leuchtdiode (1) umfasst diese einen Spiegel (3) und eine organische Schichtenfolge (4). Die organische Schichtenfolge (4) beinhaltet eine erste aktive Schicht (41) zur Erzeugung einer ersten Strahlung sowie mindestens zwei zweite aktive Schichten (42, 43) zur Erzeugung einer zweiten Strahlung. Die aktiven Schichten (41, 42, 43) sind, entlang einer Hauptrichtung (x) weg von dem Spiegel (3), übereinander angeordnet. Zwischen zwei benachbarten aktiven Schichten (41, 42, 43) befindet sich jeweils eine Ladungsträgererzeugungsschicht (45). Die zweiten aktiven Schichten (42, 43) weisen jeweils dieselben mindestens zwei strahlungsaktiven organischen Materialien auf. Die erste aktive Schicht (41) weist ein hiervon verschiedenes strahlungsaktives organisches Material auf.
(EN)In at least one embodiment of the organic light-emitting diode (1), said diode comprises a mirror (3) and an organic layer sequence (4). The organic layer sequence (4) includes a first active layer (41) in order to generate a first radiation and at least two second active layers (42, 43) in order to generate a second radiation. The active layers (41, 42, 43) are arranged one above the other along a main direction (x) away from the mirror (3). A charge carrier-generating layer (45) is located between each two adjacent active layers (41, 42, 43). Each second active layer (42, 43) has the same at least two radioactive organic materials, and the first active layer (41) has a radioactive organic material which is different from the organic materials of the second active layers.
(FR)L'invention concerne une diode électroluminescente organique. Dans au moins un mode de réalisation de la diode électroluminescente organique (1), celle-ci comprend un miroir (3) et une succession de couches organiques (4). La succession de couches organiques (4) contient une première couche active (41) permettant de produire un premier rayonnement et au moins deux deuxièmes couches actives (42, 43) permettant de produire un deuxième rayonnement. Les couches actives (41, 42, 43) sont superposées le long d'une direction principale (x) à distance du miroir (3). Entre deux couches actives (41, 42, 43) voisines se situe à chaque fois une couche de production de porteur de charge (45). Les deuxièmes couches actives (42, 43) présentent à chaque fois les deux mêmes matériaux organiques sensibles au rayonnement ou plus. La première couche active (41) présente un matériau organique sensible au rayonnement différent desdits matériaux.
