Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a high current contact (2, 5, 20) for a switching device (1) in particular for high current technology. The high current contact has a contact location (6, 7, 21) and an arc base trap (16) which is located at least at one side (S) of the contact location. The arc base trap comprises a projection (22) which extends away from the contact location (6, 7, 21) and which tapers in the direction away from the contact location (6, 7, 21). The invention further relates to a switching device (1) having such a high current contact as a fixed contact (2) or switch contact (5). Owing to the tapering projection, a switching arc (13) is fixed at the arc base trap. The high current contact is preferably a flat punched component. The projection tapers in the direction of a Lorentz force (F), which acts on the switching arc and which is produced by an extinguishing magnet arrangement (9), and preferably has a tip (24).
(FR) La présente invention a trait à un contact à courant fort (2, 5, 20) qui est destiné à un dispositif de commutation (1) en particulier pour une technologie à courant fort. Le contact à courant fort est doté d'un emplacement de contact (6, 7, 21) et d'un piège de base d'arc (16) qui se trouve au moins sur un côté (S) de l'emplacement de contact. Le piège de base d'arc comprend une partie saillante (22) qui s'éloigne de l'emplacement de contact (6, 7, 21) et qui diminue progressivement dans la direction s'éloignant de l'emplacement de contact (6, 7, 21). La présente invention a en outre trait à un dispositif de commutation (1) qui est doté dudit contact à courant fort en tant que contact fixe (2) ou contact d'interrupteur (5). En raison de la partie saillante diminuant progressivement, un arc de commutation (13) est fixé sur le piège de base d'arc. Le contact à courant fort est de préférence un composant perforé plat. La partie saillante diminue progressivement dans la direction d'une force de Lorentz (F), qui agit sur l'arc de commutation et qui est produite par un agencement d'aimant d'extinction (9), et est de préférence dotée d'une pointe (24).
