Abstract:
(EN) A fig dried product having high preserved freshness and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises cooling fresh figs in an average dropping temperature of 20°C or more per minute, and sublimating same to obtain a fig dried product.
(FR) L'invention concerne un produit séché de figue ayant une fraîcheur préservée élevée et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé comprend le refroidissement de figues fraîches, à une température chutant moyenne de 20°C ou plus par minute, et la sublimation de celles-ci pour obtenir un produit séché de figue.
