Title: AMORPHOUS IRON ALLOY AXIAL FLUX DISC-TYPE MOTOR, MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREFOR AND STATOR ASSEMBLY
Abstract:
Amorphous iron alloy axial flux disc-type motor comprises a stator assembly (20) provided with a stator iron core (21), wherein the stator iron core (21) with an axial center through hole is processed into a cylinder by overlapping amorphous iron alloy sheets, and the outer cylindrical surface of the stator iron core (21) is uniformly provided with a plurality of axial armature slots (212) at intervals towards the center axial line. The stator assembly (20) further comprises winding assemblies (22) with the same number as the armature slots (212), each winding assembly (22) comprises a winding wire frame (222) matched with the armature slots (212), a stator winding (221) arranged in the slot of the winding wire frame (222) and a magnetic conducting body (223) arranged in a through hole of the winding wire frame (222), and each winding assembly (22) is respectively arranged in each armature slot (212) of the stator iron core (21). The disc-type motor has short axial size, few movement components, small eddy current loss, excellent high-frequency characteristic, low temperature rising, high efficiency, high power density, high material utilization rate and high efficient energy-saving.
