Abstract
(EN) Nanoparticles include a core, a hydrophilic layer around the core, and one or more mitochondrial targeting moieties, and may optionally include one or more contrast agents or one or more therapeutic agents. For effective mitochondrial targeting the nanoparticles have a diameter of about 200 nm or less or have a zeta potential of about 0 mV or more.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des nanoparticules comprenant un noyau, une couche hydrophile entourant le noyau et une ou plusieurs fractions de ciblage mitochondrial, et pouvant éventuellement comprendre un ou plusieurs agents de contraste ou un ou plusieurs agents thérapeutiques. Selon l'invention, pour un ciblage mitochondrial efficace, les nanoparticules ont un diamètre d'environ 200 nm au maximum ou ont un potentiel zêta d'environ 0 mV au minimum.
