(EN)The invention claimed concerns a medical material, the method of its production, as well as use of that medical material manufactured from dibutyrylchitin and chitin regenerated from dibutyrylchitin butyrylchitin esterified to various degrees, polylactide, lactide and glycolide copolymers, poly-(ε-caprolactone), alginates and other polymers, especially biodegradable ones. The solution concerns a new method of biodegradable polymer foam formation. Biodegradable polymers covered by the scope of this patent application undergo degradation processes as a result of presence of at least one of a number of physical and/or chemical factors.
(FR)L'invention revendiquée concerne une matière médicale, son procédé de fabrication, ainsi que l'utilisation de cette matière médicale fabriquée à partir de dibutyrylchitine et de chitine régénérée à partir de dibutyrylchitine et butyrylchitine estérifiées à divers degrés, de copolymères polylactide, lactide et glycolide, de poly-(ε-caprolactone), d'alginates et d'autres polymères, notamment de polymères biodégradables. La solution concerne un nouveau procédé de formation de mousse de polymère biodégradable. Les polymères biodégradables couverts par cette demande de brevet subissent des procédés de dégradation résultant de la présence d'au moins un facteur parmi plusieurs facteurs physiques et/ou chimiques.
