(JA) 高強度繊維複合材ケーブルの損傷評価方法および損傷検出装置
Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a damage evaluation technology that is capable of easily and non-destructively detecting and evaluating damage in a high-strength fiber composite material cable. [Solution] The invention is a damage evaluation method for a high-strength fiber composite material cable in which strands (3, 3) comprising electrically conductive high-strength fiber composite material are twisted together in a state of mutual insulation. Taking neighboring strands (3, 3) as a pair, a value having a correlation to the electrostatic capacity of the strands (3, 3) is measured, and the existence of damage is evaluated on the basis of a comparison result for the measured value.
(FR) [Problème] Fournir une technologie d'évaluation des dommages capable de détecter et d'évaluer facilement et de manière non destructive des dommages sur un câble en matériau composite à fibre à haute résistance. [Solution] L'invention est un procédé d'évaluation des dommages pour un câble en matériau composite à fibre à haute résistance dans lequel des brins (3, 3) comprenant un matériau composite à fibre à haute résistance électriquement conducteur sont torsadés ensemble dans un état d'isolation mutuelle. En prenant des brins contigus (3, 3) en tant que paire, une valeur ayant une corrélation avec la capacité électrostatique des brins (3, 3) est mesurée, et l'existence de dommages est évaluée sur la base d'un résultat comparatif de la valeur mesurée.
(JA) 【課題】 高強度繊維複合材ケーブルの損傷を容易且つ非破壊的に検出及び評価できる損傷評価技術を提供する。 【解決手段】 導電性の高強度繊維複合材からなるストランド3、3を互いに絶縁して撚り合わせた高強度繊維複合材ケーブルの損傷評価方法であって、隣り合うストランド3,3を組みとして、そのストランド3,3間の静電容量に相関性を有する値を測定すると共に、その測定値の比較結果に基づいて損傷の有無を評価する。
