Abstract:
(EN) This ferrite-based stainless steel plate contains, by mass, 0.02% or less of C, 0.02% or less of N, 0.05 to 0.80% of Si, 0.05 to 1.00% of Mn, 0.04% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S, 12 to 20% of Cr, 0.80 to 1.50% of Cu, 1.0% or less of Ni, 0.01 to 2.00% of Mo, 0.30 to 1.00% of Nb, 0.01% to less than 0.25% of Ti, 0.003 to 0.46% of Al, 0.01 to less than 0.15% of V, and 0.0002 to 0.0050% of B, with equation (1) or (2) being satisfied, the remainder being made up by Fe and unavoidable impurities, and the average Cu concentration between the surface and a depth of 200 nm being no greater than 3.00%. If Mn < 0.65%: 1.44 × Si - Mn - 0.05 ≥ 0...(1) If Mn ≥ 0.65%: 1.10 × Si + Mn - 1.19 ≥ 0...(2)
