Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a composite multilayer ceramic electronic component which is provided with a co-fired low-permittivity ceramic layer and high-permittivity ceramic layer and in which respectively befitting properties are obtained in the low-permittivity ceramic layer and high-permittivity ceramic layer. The low-permittivity ceramic layer (3) and the high-permittivity ceramic layer (4) are constituted of glass ceramics including: a first ceramic comprising MgAl2O4 and/or Mg2SiO4; a second ceramic comprising BaO, RE2O3 (RE being a rare earth element), and TiO2; glass each including 44.0-69.0 wt% of RO (where R is an alkaline earth metal), 14.2-30.0 wt% of SiO2, 10.0-20.0 wt% of B2O3, 0.5-4.0 wt% of Al2O3, 0.3-7.5 wt% of Li2O, and 0.1-5.5 wt% of MgO; and MnO; the content ratios of the glass and the like in the low-permittivity ceramic layer (3) and the high-dielectric constant ceramic layer (4) being different from each other.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un composant électronique composite multicouche en céramique comprenant une couche céramique de faible permittivité cocuite avec une couche céramique de permittivité élevée, et des propriétés respectivement appropriées étant obtenues dans la couche céramique de faible permittivité et la couche céramique de permittivité élevée. La couche céramique de faible permittivité (3) et la couche céramique de permittivité élevée (4) sont constituées de vitrocéramiques comprenant : une première céramique comprenant du MgAl2O4 et/ou du Mg2SiO4 ; une seconde céramique comprenant du BaO, du RE2O3 (RE représentant un élément des terres rares), et du TiO2 ; un verre comprenant de 44,0 à 69,0 % en poids de RO (R représentant un métal alcalino-terreux), de 14,2 à 30,0 % en poids de SiO2, de 10,0 à 20,0 % en poids de B2O3, de 0,5 à 4,0 % en poids de Al2O3, de 0,3 à 7,5 % en poids de Li2O, et de 0,1 à 5,5 % en poids de MgO ; et du MnO ; les rapports des teneurs du verre et analogue dans la couche céramique de faible permittivité (3) et la couche céramique de constante diélectrique élevée (4) étant différents les uns des autres.
