Abstract:
(EN) This die coating device is provided with a supply roller (20), a die (21), a take-up roller (22), a widthwise-web-edge position-detecting means (28) located upstream of the die (21), and a widthwise-film-edge position-detecting means (29) located downstream of the die (21). The die (21) has the following: a pair of inner deckles (35) that are provided at the ends of the die (21) and designed so as to be able to easily move inside the die (21); and a driving means (32). The positions of the inner deckles (35) relative to the die (21) are changed by driving the driving means (32) on the basis of information on the widthwise edge positions (30a, 30b) of a web (T) as detected by the widthwise-web-edge position-detecting means (28) and information on the widthwise edge positions (31a, 31b) of a liquid coating film (23) as detected by the widthwise-film-edge position-detecting means (29).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'enduction à filière qui est muni d'un rouleau d'alimentation (20), d'une filière (21), d'un rouleau d'enroulement (22), d'un moyen de détection de position de bord de bande dans le sens de la largeur (28) situé en amont de la filière (21) et d'un moyen de détection de position de bord de film dans le sens de la largeur (29) situé en aval de la filière (21). La filière (21) a ce qui suit : une paire de réglettes internes (35) qui sont disposées aux extrémités de la filière (21) et conçues de façon à être aptes à se déplacer facilement à l'intérieur de la filière (21) ; et un moyen d'entraînement (32). Les positions des réglettes internes (35) par rapport à la filière (21) sont changées par entraînement du moyen d'entraînement (32) sur la base d'informations sur les positions de bord dans le sens de la largeur (30a, 30b) d'une bande (T) telles que détectées par le moyen de détection de position de bord de bande dans le sens de la largeur (28) et d'informations sur les positions de bord dans le sens de la largeur (31a, 31b) d'un film d'enduction liquide (23) telles que détectées par le moyen de détection de position de bord de film dans le sens de la largeur (29).
