Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a soft magnetic powder core that enables a soft magnetic powder core with high electrical resistivity, high magnetic flux density and high strength to easily be achieved, said soft magnetic powder core being used in various electromagnetic parts in motors, actuators, generators, reactors and the like. [Solution] This soft magnetic powder core has glass parts (2) scattered between soft magnetic particles (1), and is characterized in that the soft magnetic particles are provided with core particles (1) composed mainly of iron, and an insulating coating layer (1b) comprising phosphorus, oxygen and iron, and a junction (3) composed mainly of iron oxide is formed between the soft magnetic particles and the glass parts.
(FR) L'invention vise à procurer un noyau en poudre magnétique douce qui permet de réaliser facilement un noyau en poudre magnétique douce avec une résistivité électrique élevée, une densité de flux magnétique élevée et une robustesse élevée, ledit noyau en poudre magnétique douce étant utilisé dans différentes parties électromagnétiques dans des moteurs, des actionneurs, des générateurs, des réacteurs, et analogues. A cet effet, l'invention porte sur un noyau en poudre magnétique douce, lequel noyau a des parties en verre (2) dispersées entre des particules magnétiques douces (1), et est caractérisé en ce que les particules magnétiques douces comportent des particules de noyau (1) constituées principalement par du fer, et une couche de revêtement isolante (1b) comprenant du phosphore, de l'oxygène et du fer, et une jonction (3) constituée principalement par de l'oxyde de fer étant formée entre les particules magnétiques douces et les parties en verre.
(JA) 【課題】モータ、アクチュエータ、ジェネレータ、リアクトルなどの各種電磁気部品に使用される高電気抵抗率、高磁束密度かつ高強度である軟磁性圧粉磁芯を容易に実現することができる軟磁性圧粉磁芯を提供する。 【解決手段】軟磁性粒子1間にガラス部2が点在している軟磁性圧粉磁芯において、前記軟磁性粒子は鉄を主成分とするコア粒子1aとP、OおよびFeを有する絶縁被膜層1bを備え、さらに、前記軟磁性粒子とガラス部の間に酸化鉄を主成分とする接合部3を形成していることを特徴とする。
