Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to allow for a suitable power management by evaluating the reliability of an information source that provides climate conditions and so forth. A load power management system is provided with: a communication unit that acquires as public information external information including at least either the supply information for commercial power or climate information; an information storage unit that stores at least public information, measured climate information and system operation history information; a central control unit that acquires the public information and measured climate information, assesses the reliability of acquired public information on the basis of the measured climate information, and outputs a power management command that issues an instruction to supply power to a load on the basis of highly reliable public information; a power source switching circuit that manages the states of a plurality of power sources while performing the output control thereof; a load control unit that outputs a power source switching command that instructs the power source switching circuit to select a power source while outputting a control command that specifies a connection state between the selected power source and the load; an electric relay unit that connects the power source and the load on the basis of the control command; and an interface unit that provides notification of power supply to the load on the basis of the control command.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet de permettre une gestion d'alimentation appropriée par évaluation de la fiabilité d'une source d'informations qui fournit des conditions climatiques et ainsi de suite. Un système de gestion d'alimentation de charge comprend : une unité de communication qui acquiert à titre d'informations publiques des informations externes comprenant des informations d'alimentation pour une alimentation commerciale et/ou des informations climatiques ; une unité de stockage d'informations qui stocke au moins des informations publiques, des informations climatiques mesurées et des informations d'historique d'opération de système ; une unité de commande centrale qui acquiert les informations publiques et les informations climatiques mesurées, évalue la fiabilité d'informations publiques acquises sur la base des informations climatiques mesurées et délivre une instruction de gestion d'alimentation qui donne une instruction d'alimenter électriquement une charge sur la base d'informations publiques très fiables ; un circuit de commutation de source d'alimentation qui gère les états d'une pluralité de sources d'alimentation tout en effectuant leur commande de sortie ; une unité de commande de charge qui délivre une instruction de commutation de source d'alimentation qui ordonne au circuit de commutation de source d'alimentation de sélectionner une source d'alimentation tout en délivrant une instruction de commande qui spécifie un état de connexion entre la source d'alimentation sélectionnée et la charge ; une unité de relais électrique qui connecte la source d'alimentation et la charge sur la base de l'instruction de commande ; et une unité d'interface qui fournit une notification d'alimentation électrique à la charge sur la base de l'instruction de commande.
