Abstract:
(EN) A voltage balance control device (100) selects a reference capacity battery cell on the basis of battery capacity and calculates a balance target voltage value according to the capacity difference between the reference capacity battery cell and each battery cell. The balance target voltage value is calculated so that the remaining charge capacity at a charging end time of an assembled battery and the remaining discharge capacity at a discharging end time thereof substantially match each other. Even if the voltage characteristic of each battery cell changes after performing voltage balancing, this makes it possible to set the minimum capacity battery cell as a charging and discharging end voltage limiting cell and fully use the capacity of the minimum capacity battery cell to bring out the maximum battery performance of the assembled battery.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif de commande d'équilibre de tension (100) qui sélectionne un élément de batterie de capacité de référence sur la base d'une capacité de batterie et calcule une valeur de tension cible d'équilibre en fonction de la différence de capacité entre l'élément de batterie de capacité de référence et chaque élément de batterie. La valeur de tension cible d'équilibre est calculée de manière à ce que la capacité de charge restante à un instant de fin de charge d'une batterie assemblée et la capacité de décharge restante à un instant de fin de décharge de celle-ci soient sensiblement égales. Même si la caractéristique de tension de chaque élément de batterie varie après exécution d'un équilibrage de tension, cela rend possible de régler l'élément de batterie de capacité minimale à titre d'élément limiteur de tension de fin de charge et de décharge et d'utiliser entièrement la capacité de l'élément de batterie de capacité minimale pour révéler les performances de batterie maximales de la batterie assemblée.
(JA)  電圧バランス制御装置(100)は、電池容量に基づいて基準となる基準容量電池セルを選択し、基準容量電池セルと各電池セルとの容量差に応じてバランス目標電圧値を算出する。バランス目標電圧値は、組電池の充電終了時の残充電容量と放電終了時の残放電容量とが略一致するように算出される。これにより、電圧バランス実施後に各電池セルの電圧特性が変化した場合でも、最少容量電池セルを充放電終了の電圧律速セルとすることができ、最少容量電池セルの容量をフルに使用して組電池の最大電池性能を発揮させることができる。
