Beschrieben sind eine Schraube (10) und eine damit hergestellte Verbindung eines einen Unterbau (40) bildenden dünnen Bleches mit einem Bauteil (30) aus Kunststoff mit einer Durchgangsbohrung (32) und mit einer zwischen dem Unterbau (40) und dem Bauteil (30) liegenden Dichtung (50). Die Schraube (10) hat einen Schaft (13) mit einem gewindeschneidenden Gewinde (16) und einer als ein Bohrteil ausgebildeten Spitze (12) sowie einem unteren Gewindeabschnitt (18) mit einem ersten Gewindeaußendurchmesser (D18) und einem oberen Gewindeabschnitt (19) mit einem zweiten, größeren Gewindeaußendurchmesser (D19) und mit einem konisch zulaufenden Gewindeabschnitt (22) zwi- schen den beiden Gewindeabschnitten (18, 19). Der obere Gewindeabschnitt (19) weist eine Gewindesteigung (P2) auf, die kleiner ist als eine Gewindesteigung (P1) des unteren Gewindeabschnittes (18). Bei dem Herstellen der Verbindung wird das obere Gewinde in die Durchgangsbohrung (32) gedreht, wobei ein Formschluss in dem Bauteil (30) zwischen diesem und der Schraube (10) entsteht und sich das Material des Bauteils (30) dichtend um den oberen Gewindeabschnitt (19) legt. Das ergibt eine Kombination aus Abdichtung ohne Dichtscheibe und mit einem definierten Abstand zwischen dem Bauteil und dem Unterbau durch definiertes Komprimieren der Dichtung (50).

Described are a screw (10) and a connection produced therewith of a thin metal sheet forming a substructure (40) to a plastics component (30) having a through-bore (32) and having a seal (50) located between the substructure (40) and the component (30). The screw (10) has a shank (13) having a thread-cutting thread (16) and a tip (12) in the form of a boring part, and also a lower thread section (18) having a first thread outside diameter (D18) and an upper thread section (19) having a second, larger thread outside diameter (D19) and having a conically narrowing thread section (22) between the two thread sections (18, 19). The upper thread section (19) has a thread pitch (P2) which is smaller than the thread pitch (P1) of the lower thread section (18). During the production of the connection, the upper thread is screwed into the through-bore (32), wherein a form-fit is produced in the component (30) between the latter and the screw (10) and the material of the component (30) rests in a sealing manner around the upper thread section (19). This produces a combination of a seal without a sealing washer and with a defined distance between the component and the substructure by defined compression of the seal (50). Fig. 1c

L'invention concerne une vis (10) et un assemblage, réalisé avec celle-ci, d'une tôle mince formant un bâti (40) avec un composant (30) en matière plastique muni d'un orifice traversant (32) et comprenant une garniture d'étanchéité (50) qui se trouve entre le bâti (40) et le composant (30). La vis (10) possède une tige (13) munie d'un filetage (16) taraudeur et une pointe (12) réalisée sous la forme d'une pièce de perçage (12) ainsi qu'une partie filetée inférieure (18) ayant un premier diamètre extérieur de filet (D18) et une partie filetée supérieure (19) ayant un deuxième diamètre extérieur de filet (D19) plus grand et aussi une partie filetée à rétrécissement conique (22) entre les deux parties filetées (18, 19). La partie filetée supérieure (19) présente un pas de filet (P2) qui est inférieur à un pas de filet (P1) de la partie filetée inférieure (18). Lors de la réalisation de l'assemblage, le filetage supérieur est tourné dans l'orifice traversant (32), ce qui produit un engagement par complémentarité de forme dans le composant (30) entre celui-ci et la vis (10) et le matériau du composant (30) repose hermétiquement autour de la partie filetée supérieure (19). Ceci produit une combinaison d'étanchéité sans rondelle d'étanchéité avec un écart défini entre le composant et le bâti par une compression définie de la garniture d'étanchéité (50).
