Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for adjusting the valve train of a motor vehicle having at least one cam shaft (10), which comprises at least two cam elements (11, 12, 13, 14) arranged such that said cam elements are axially slidable, said cam elements each being provided with at least two cam tracks (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30) for adjusting a valve lift of at least one valve of a cylinder, and at least one actuator device (31), which is designed to axially move at least one of the cam elements (11, 12, 13, 14) of the cam shaft (10) for adjusting the valve lift. According to the invention, the device for adjusting the valve train of a motor vehicle is provided with at least one control and/or regulating unit (32) configured to switch the at least two cam elements (11, 12, 13, 14) independently from one another, at least in part.
