Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a synthesis method for phenyl organosilicon copolymer with uniformly distributed phenyl units. The synthesis method comprises: silane monomer mixed liquid containing phenyl groups undergoing different condensation reaction in the presence of a Friedel-Crafts catalyst to obtain an intermediate containing phenyl groups; hydrolyzing the intermediate containing phenyl groups and an organosilicon blocking agent under an acidic condition; removing water from a hydrolysis product; and performing condensation dehydration reaction in the presence of a non-balanced catalyst to obtain a product. A catalyst selected and used in the next steps is required to guarantee that the intermediate structure formed through the different condensation is not damaged. According to the present invention, the problem of uncontrollable distribution of organosilicon monomers of different lateral groups in copolymer in a copolymerization process is solved, and the copolymer product quality is stable. The transparent organosilicon copolymer containing phenyl groups in controllable distribution synthesized by the method can be used for industrial mass production. The production process is easy in operation and control, low in cost, environmental friendly, energy eefficient, and high in production efficiency, and greatly improves the quality and the stability of the organosilicon copolymer product containing phenyl groups.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'un copolymère de phényl silicone dont les unités phényle sont régulièrement distribuées comprenant la production d'intermédiaires contenant un phényle obtenu par réaction de condensation particulière moyennant le mélange d'une solution de monomères de silane contenant un phényle en présence d'un catalyseur Friedel-Crafts, les intermédiaires contenant un phényle subissent une hydrolyse avec un agent de scellement au silicone organique dans des conditions acides; la production d'une réaction de condensation pour supprimer l'eau d'un produit d'hydrolyse en présence d'un catalyseur non équilibré, l'obtention d'un produit, puis le maintien d'une structure intermédiaire obtenue par condensation sans dommage grâce au catalyseur. On résout ainsi les problèmes liés à l'impossibilité de commander la distribution des monomères de silicone organique à côtés différents dans un copolymère lors de la copolymérisation, d'où une stabilité de la qualité du produit de la copolyméristaion. Le copolymère de silicone à distribution commandable contenant un phényle transparent obtenu par synthèse trouve une application dans la production industrielle à grande échelle. L'invention est facile à mettre en oeuvre, présente un coût modique, respecte l'environnement, a un haut rendement, tout en augmentant sensiblement la qualité et la stabilité du produit copolymère de silicone contenant un phényle.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种苯基单元均匀分布的苯基有机硅共聚物的合成方法,包括将含苯基的硅烷单体混合液在傅-克催化剂存在下发生异缩合反应得到含苯基的中间体,将含苯基中间体与有机硅封头剂在酸性条件下水解;将水解的产物除去水,在非平衡性催化剂存在下发生缩合脱水反应,得到产物,后面步骤选用催化剂需要保证不破坏异缩合形成的中间体结构。本发明解决了不同侧基有机硅单体在共聚过程中单体在共聚物中的分布不可控问题,共聚物产品质量稳定。本方法合成的透明含苯基可控分布的有机硅共聚物,可用于工业化大规模生产。该生产工艺易操作控制、成本低、环保节能、生产效率高,且大大提高了含苯基有机硅共聚物产品的质量与稳定性。
