(EN)Disclosed is an electric fireplace with twin light reflecting shafts simulating a fire, comprising an outer casing (1), a light source (2) provided at the bottom inside the outer casing (1), and electrical heating apparatus (3) provided at the bottom or at the top inside the outer casing (1), and an imaging screen (4) provided in the middle inside the outer casing (1). Rotating light reflecting shafts are mounted between the imaging screen (4) and the light source (2), the rotating light reflecting shafts being composed of an upper light reflecting shaft (5) and a lower light reflecting shaft (6) arranged parallel in the transverse direction and at the front and back longitudinally. The upper light reflecting shaft (5) and the lower light reflecting shaft (6) are equal in length and are arranged with clearance from top to bottom. The upper light reflecting shaft (5) and the lower light reflecting shaft (6) are rotated by a power driving apparatus but the rotational speed of the two light reflecting shafts is different. The outer surfaces of the upper light reflecting shaft (5) and the lower light reflecting shaft (6) are both imprinted with image forming embossed holes or flame-shaped image forming patterns.
