Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a dosage form for the transdermal delivery of drugs, and to a method for manufacturing same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing a drug delivery vector for transdermal delivery in which a vector having biocompatibility, biodegradability, and transdermal delivery characteristics is used so as to be applied to transdermal drug delivery systems of various protein drugs and chemical drugs such as vaccines in order to be safely applied to the human body and to achieve improved bioconjugation efficiency and effect duration in a state where protein bioactivity is maximized; to the drug delivery vector manufactured using same; and to the use thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une forme galénique permettant l'administration transdermique de médicaments, et un procédé pour la fabriquer. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne : un procédé de fabrication d'un vecteur d'administration de médicament par voie transdermique, le vecteur étant biocompatible et biodégradable et permettant une administration par voie transdermique, de sorte qu'il peut être utilisé dans des systèmes d'administration de divers médicaments protéiques et chimiques, tels que les vaccins, sans présenter de risque pour le corps humain tout en améliorant l'efficacité de bioconjugaison et la durée de l'effet par la maximisation de l'activité biologique des protéines ; un vecteur d'administration de médicament préparé par ce procédé ; et l'utilisation de ce vecteur.
(KO) 본 발명은 약물의 경피 전달을 위한 제형 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 생체 적합성, 생분해성 및 경피 전달 특성을 갖는 전달체를 이용함으로써 백신을 비롯한 다양한 단백질 의약품 및 화학 의약품의 경피 약물 전달 시스템에 적용 가능하고, 인체에 안전하게 적용할 수 있으며, 또한 단백질의 생체 활성도를 최대화한 상태로, 생접합 효율이 높고, 약효 시간을 증대할 수 있는 경피 전달용 약물 전달체의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 경피 전달용 약물 전달체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.
