(EN) The present invention relates to a method for differentiating stem cells into neurons, and is characterized in that stem cells are treated with a culture additive comprising lipoic acid, albumin, hydrocortisone, and insulin after culturing for differentiation into neurons. Since the neurons produced according to the method for producing neurons of the present invention express nestin, neuroD1, neuron-specific enolase (NSE), neurofilament (NF), tau, microtubule-associated protein 2 (MAP2), and doublecortin (DCX), just as normal mature neurons do, the neurons of the present invention can be effectively used in various therapeutic agents for neurons and as cell origins for an in vitro study system.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de différenciation de cellules souches en neurones, et est caractérisée en ce que les cellules souches sont traitées avec un additif de culture comprenant de l'acide lipoïque, de l'albumine, de l'hydrocortisone et de l'insuline après la culture destinée à les différencier en neurones. Comme les neurones produits selon le procédé de production de neurones de l'invention expriment la nestine, neuroD1, l'énolase spécifique des neurones (NSE), le neurofilament (NF), tau, la protéine 2 associée aux microtubules (MAP2), et la double cortine (DCX), comme n'importe que neurone mature normal, les neurones selon l'invention peuvent être utilisés avec efficacité dans divers agents thérapeutiques pour neurones et à titre d'origines de cellules pour un système d'étude in vitro.
(KO) 본 발명은 줄기세포를 신경세포로 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 줄기세포를 배양한 후 리포익산, 알부민, 하이드로코르티손, 및 인슐린을 포함하는 배양첨가물을 처리하여 신경세포로 분화시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 신경 세포 제조 방법에 따라 제조된 신경세포는 정상적인 성숙 뉴런과 유사한 네스틴(Nestin), 뉴로디원(NeuroD1), 뉴런특이 에놀라아제(Neuron-specific enolase, NSE), 신경미세섬유(neurofilament, NF), 타우(tau), 미세소관결합단백질 2(microtubule-associated protein 2, MAP2), 더블코르틴(doublecortin, DCX)를 발현하므로, 다양한 신경세포 치료제, 생체 외 평가 시스템의 세포원으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
