Abstract:
The present invention relates to a particle separating apparatus for separating blood cells from a solution. A particle separating apparatus for separating polarizable particles and a medium from a solution comprises: a main body in which a plurality of pores spaced apart from each other are formed into a pore array; and an electrode arranged on the main body to form a non-uniform electric field when power is applied from an external source. The electrode includes a first electrode and a second electrode connected to the respective terminals of the external power source and having opposite polarities. One or more pores of the pore array are brought into contact with the first electrode or the second electrode.
