Abstract:
In a lock-up device of the present invention, output-side rotational fluctuations in a broad rotational speed range are suppressed without increasing device size. This device is provided with: a pair of plates (21) and (22) into which a torque is inputted and which can be coupled to a turbine hub; a hub flange (23); an inertia member (24) fixed to the hub flange (23); a torsion spring (25); and a hysteresis torque generation mechanism (26). The hub flange (23) is capable of relative rotation between the plates (21) and (22) with respect to the pair of plates (21) and (22). The torsion spring (25) elastically couples the pair of plates (21), (22) and the hub flange (23). The hysteresis torque generation mechanism (26) is arranged on an inner peripheral side of the hub flange (23) between the pair of plates (21), (22), and generates a variable hysteresis torque between both plates (21), (22) and the hub flange (23).
