Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic thin film solar cell which achieves high photoelectric conversion efficiency, has a small variation in the photoelectric conversion efficiency at the surface of a photoelectric conversion layer, and exhibits excellent durability. The present invention is an organic thin film solar cell having a photoelectric conversion layer, wherein the photoelectric conversion layer contains a site containing the sulfide of an element in group 15 of the periodic table and a site containing an organic semiconductor having a molecular weight of less than 10,000, and the site containing the sulfide of an element in group 15 of the periodic table is in contact with the site containing an organic semiconductor having a molecular weight of less than 10,000.
(FR) L'invention a pour objectif de fournir une cellule solaire en couches minces organiques présentant une excellente durabilité et un rendement élevé de conversion photoélectrique, les irrégularités de rendement de conversion photoélectrique étant faibles à l'intérieur d'une face couche de conversion photoélectrique. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une cellule solaire en couches minces organiques possédant une couche de conversion photoélectrique. Ladite couche de conversion photoélectrique contient une région comprenant un sulfure du groupe XV de la classification périodique, et une région comprenant un semi-conducteur organique de masse moléculaire inférieure à 10000. Ladite région comprenant un sulfure du groupe XV de la classification périodique, et ladite région comprenant un semi-conducteur organique de masse moléculaire inférieure à 10000, sont en contact l'une de l'autre.
