Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element has a step of performing treatment under specified conditions at the time of forming a dye-adsorbed electrode wherein sensitizing dye is adsorbed to semiconductor fine particles by having the semiconductor fine particles and a dye adsorption liquid in contact with each other, said dye adsorption liquid containing the sensitizing dye in a solvent.
(FR) Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de conversion photoélectrique comportant une étape de réalisation d'un traitement dans des conditions spécifiques au moment de la formation d'une électrode à colorant adsorbé dans laquelle un colorant de sensibilisation est adsorbé sur de fines particules de semi-conducteur en ayant les fines particules de semi-conducteur et un liquide d'adsorption de colorant en contact l'un avec l'autre, ledit liquide d'adsorption de colorant contenant le colorant de sensibilisation dans un solvant.
