Abstract:
(EN) A base for lithium ion secondary battery separators provided by the present invention is characterized by containing polyethylene terephthalate fibers which have an average fiber diameter of 9.0 μm or less. The base for lithium ion secondary battery separators is also characterized in that the relative X-ray diffraction intensity assigned to the polyethylene terephthalate fibers is 300 cps/(g/m2) or more and the variation coefficient of the relative X-ray diffraction intensity is 12.0% or less. This base for lithium ion secondary battery separators exhibits excellent processability during the production, while having excellent strength, uniformity and handleability in a subsequent process.
(FR) Une base pour séparateurs de batterie secondaire au lithium-ion fournie par la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient des fibres de polyéthylène téréphtalate qui ont un diamètre de fibre moyen de 9,0 µm ou moins. La base pour séparateurs de batterie secondaire au lithium-ion est également caractérisée en ce que l'intensité de diffraction relative de rayons X attribuée à des fibres de polyéthylène téréphtalate est de 300 cps/ (g/m2) ou plus, et le coefficient de variation de l'intensité de diffraction relative des rayons X est de 12,0% ou moins. Cette base pour séparateurs de batterie secondaire au lithium-ion présente une excellente aptitude au traitement pendant la production, tout en ayant une résistance, une uniformité et une maniabilité excellentes dans un processus ultérieur.
(JA) 本発明によって提供されるリチウムイオン二次電池セパレータ基材は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維を含有してなり、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維の平均繊維径が9.0μm以下であり、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維由来の比X線回折強度が300cps/(g/m)以上であり、比X線回折強度の変動係数が12.0%以下であることを特徴とするものであり、製造時における加工性に優れ、且つ、強度、均一性、後工程での取り扱いに優れている。
