Abstract:
(EN) In an electricity storage system in which a capacitor and a lead-acid storage battery are charged at the same time, the capacitor is fully charged before the lead-acid storage battery is fully charged and the charging is terminated. Therefore, when the voltage of the capacitor decreases, it is impossible to supply power to an electric motor because the lead-acid storage battery is not fully charged. According to the present invention, in an electricity storage system in which a capacitor and a lead-acid storage battery are charged at the same time, when charging the electricity storage system, it is detected that the lead-acid storage battery is fully charged, after which the charging of the capacitor is initiated, so that the charging is terminated when the lead-acid storage battery is reliably fully charged.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un système d'accumulation d'énergie électrique palliant les problèmes d'un système classique dans lequel un condensateur et un accumulateur au plomb-acide sont chargés simultanément, la charge totale du condensateur étant terminée avant la charge totale de l'accumulateur au plomb-acide, et le processus de charge est arrêté, ce qui fait qu'il est impossible d'alimenter un moteur électrique quand la tension du condensateur diminue parce que l'accumulateur au plomb-acide n'est pas totalement chargé. Selon l'invention, dans un système d'accumulation d'énergie électrique dans lequel un condensateur et un accumulateur au plomb-acide sont chargés simultanément, pendant la charge du système d'accumulation d'énergie électrique, il est détecté que l'accumulateur au plomb-acide est totalement chargé, suite à quoi la charge du condensateur est initiée de façon à ce que le processus de charge soit arrêté quand l'accumulateur au plomb-acide est totalement chargé de manière fiable.
(JA)  キャパシタと鉛蓄電池が同時に充電される蓄電システムでは、鉛蓄電池が満充電されるよりも先にキャパシタが満充電となって充電が終了され、キャパシタ電圧低下時に鉛蓄電池が充分充電されていないため電動機に電力を供給することができない。本発明ではキャパシタと鉛蓄電池が同時に充電される蓄電システムにおいて、蓄電システムの充電に際して、鉛蓄電池が満充電されることを検出し、この満充電を検出するとキャパシタの充電を開始して鉛蓄電池が確実に満充電となって充電が終了されるようにした。
