Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To limit the generation of the strange noises that accompany sliding contact between the hook sections and the torsion springs. [Solution] The airbag device is provided with a substantially case-shaped retainer (22), lances (122) that protrude from the outside surface of the bottom wall of the retainer (22), and torsion springs (30) provided in the base section (14) of the steering wheel (12) as holders to hold the retainer (22) and in which the distance between the opposing ends can be changed by spring energization. The retainer (22) is held in the base section (14) so as to be movable in the axial direction of the hooks when the lances (122) are hooked by engagement with the torsion springs (30), and a shock absorbing sheet (34) is provided on the surface of the lances (122) above the area of contact with the torsion spring (30).
(FR) [Problème] Limiter la génération de bruits anormaux qui accompagnent tout contact coulissant entre les sections à crochets et les ressorts de torsion. [Solution] L'invention concerne un dispositif coussin de sécurité gonflable comportant un dispositif de retenue sensiblement en forme de carter (22), des lances (122) qui font saillie depuis la surface extérieure de la paroi inférieure du dispositif de retenue (22), et des ressorts de torsion (30) mis en œuvre dans la section de base (14) du volant de direction (12) comme supports à des fins de retenue du dispositif de retenue (22), la distance entre les extrémités opposées pouvant être changée par l'excitation du ressort. Le dispositif de retenue (22) est maintenu dans la section de base (14) de manière à être mobile dans le sens axial des crochets quand les lances (122) sont accrochées par mise en prise avec les ressorts de torsion (30), et une feuille d'amortissement de choc (34) est mise en œuvre sur la surface des lances (122) au-dessus de la zone de contact avec le ressort de torsion (30).
(JA) 【課題】フック部とトーションバネとの摺接に伴う異音の発生を抑制する。 【解決手段】略筐体形状のリテーナ22と、リテーナ22の底壁外面から突出されたランス122と、リテーナ22を保持する保持部としてのステアリングホイール12のベース部14に設けられて対向-間隔がバネ付勢によって変更可能なトーションバネ30と、を備え、ランス122をトーションバネ30に段発係合することで抜け止め状態でフック部軸線方向に沿ってリテーナ22がベース部14に変位可能に保持されていると共に、ランス122の表面のうちトーションバネ30との接触範囲以上に緩衝シート34が設けられる。
