Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a centrifugal blood pump for circulating blood wherein an impeller makes no contact at all with a housing and a rotating shaft and moves rotatingly with the impeller in a stably levitating state. The purpose of the present invention is also to obtain a blood pump in which the impeller rotates at high speed even when the blood pump is reduced in scale. [Solution] Providing a magnet of enhanced magnetic force to the inside of a housing and to an outer peripheral surface of an impeller and providing a fixed-interval spacing to the periphery of a bearing section makes it possible to ensure a state where no contact at all is made between the housing, a shaft, and the impeller; and makes it possible to cause the impeller to rotate stably over a long period of time.
(FR) [Problème] L'objectif de la présente invention est d'obtenir une pompe à sang centrifuge destinée à faire circuler le sang, dans laquelle un impulseur n'a aucun contact avec un boîtier ni un arbre de rotation et se déplace en rotation avec l'impulseur dans un état de lévitation stable. L'objectif de la présente invention est également d'obtenir une pompe à sang dans laquelle l'impulseur tourne à vitesse élevée même lorsque la pompe à sang est de petite dimension. [Solution] L'invention consiste à placer un aimant de force magnétique améliorée à l'intérieur d'un boîtier et au niveau d'une surface périphérique externe d'un impulseur et à créer un espacement à intervalle fixe avec la périphérie d'une section de support pour ainsi garantir une absence totale de contact entre le boîtier, un arbre et l'impulseur; et pour ainsi faire tourner l'impulseur de manière stable sur une longue période de temps.
(JA) 【解決課題】 本発明は,血液を循環させる遠心式血液ポンプにおいて,インペラがハウジング及び回転軸と完全に非接触であり,インペラの浮上力が安定した状態でインペラが回転運動する血液ポンプを得ることを目的とする。また,本発明は,血液ポンプを小型化した場合であっても,インペラが高速で回転する血液ポンプを得ることを目的とする。 【解決手段】 磁力を強化した磁石をハウジングの内側とインペラの外周面に設け,軸受部の周辺に一定間隔の隙間を設けることで,ハウジング及び軸とインペラが完全に非接触な状態を維持でき,インペラを長期間に渡り,安定的に回転させることができる。
